The BLu Pacific Inn is owned by Bina and Samir Patel. Bina Patel has been a Principal in the Peninsula Hospitality Group for over 25 years. She and Samir also own The Inn at 1252, located at 1252 Munras in Monterey.

Owner Samir Patel explains, “After a year long Pandemic, we had the time to experience all facets of running our hotel. With our combined 40+ years of hotel experience, we have decided to go independent so that we can enhance our hotel on North Fremont to create an even more welcoming experience for our visitors.”
