Los Angeles, CA – Celebrity fitness trainer, Julie Rammal, who divides her time between California and the Middle East personally training her clients, will be coming to IDEA Fitness Conference in Las Vegas. Julie will be in Las Vegas from July 20th to July 23rd, 2017 and is available for interviews to explain and demonstrate the power and healing of Holistic Fitness!
Julie is an International Holistic Practitioner and Trainer whose teachings connect the mind, body and spirit. She uses 'Eye Projection' and 'Image Projection' - healing techniques inspired by ancient Egyptian healing practices for a holistic healthy body. Julie's rendition of these techniques has been specially customized to suit our modern times. She works with her clients in person and via SKYPE.

Filmed on serene coastal and nature locations around the world, Julie demonstrates a variety of fitness moves inspired by aerobics, stretching, Yoga and Pilates. She combines her primal movements and holistic philosophy to tune and tone the body and mind. Julie inspires and motivates as she shows viewers how to connect closely with their body and mind. Julie’s struggles over the years have been real as she has had to overcome huge obstacles prior to finding her niche in fitness. Julie has conquered her eating disorders, homelessness, and has seen her of poverty, manipulation, domestic violence and war. She has struggled and come out as a better person on the other side.
